Lights. Bikes. Action!

Family Bike Safety Event Before Movie Night at Mall of Georgia

WHY:

What happens when you mix bikes, kids, and a movie night? A fun way to keep families entertained and safe. As more families head outside for summer events, it’s a great reminder that bike and traffic safety should go together with the fun, especially in busy community spaces where kids are riding, walking, and playing. At this event, kids are encouraged to bring their bikes to ride a fun, hands-on course, pick up simple safety tips, and get free helmet fittings. It’s all about making safety easy and memorable because a properly fitted helmet can reduce the risk of head injury by up to 85 percent, according to the CDC, and is the most important protection for young riders.
